Vice President of Security

We are hiring a Vice President, Security and Experience. In this role you will work closely with our General Manager of Halo Sports & Entertainment, to serve as the senior leader and subject-matter expert on all security and guest-facing operational matters across Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, and other Halo Sports & Entertainment venues. You will own the vision and execution for a holistic event-day operation that integrates physical security, hospitality, and technology to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for fans, clients, partners, performers, and teams.

The Intuit Dome, home of the Los Angeles Clippers, is redefining what fans expect from live sports and entertainment. The Kia Forum, a historical landmark in Inglewood, is the only arena-sized venue in the country dedicated to music and entertainment. Across every entity and every event, we bring together thousands of guests, hundreds of team members, and complex technology and security systems that must perform at an elite level.

As Vice President, Security and Experience you will be responsible for ensuring that our venues are safe, secure, and relentlessly fan-first
. You will lead three critical and highly visible functions:

• Security — all physical security, emergency preparedness, credentialing, and risk management.
• Fan Experience — hosts who are positioned throughout the arena to welcome fans, answer questions, and help them navigate the building.
• Tech Hosts — front-line, tech-savvy team members supporting mobile ticketing, app support, access control, and other fan-facing technologies.

You will partner with the NBA, visiting teams, artists, touring security teams, local law enforcement, fire/life safety, medical providers, and internal departments (including Technology, Ticketing, Building Operations, and Business Insights & Analytics) to ensure elite-level security and fan experience at every event.

This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. The scope of this position encompasses a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Security, Fan Experience, and Tech Host operations across all Intuit Dome events, with support/coordination for Kia Forum and other Halo Sports & Entertainment properties as assigned.
• Create and manage departmental operating plans, staffing models, and budgets; track performance against KPIs related to safety, fan satisfaction, response times, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse leadership team (e.g., Directors/Managers of Security, Fan Experience, Tech Hosts) and their respective event-day teams.
• Serve as senior event executive and primary security & operations lead for high-profile, high-risk, and high-visibility events.

• Plan, develop, and implement programs to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, performers, athletes, VIPs, elected officials, executive management, service partners, and clients.
• Maintain, update, and test Emergency Operating Plans (EOPs) and related policies, including evacuation, shelter-in-place, severe weather, and other incident response procedures.
• Oversee operations of critical state-of-the-art CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and incident management systems within the Command Center and Loading Dock, ensuring they are fully integrated with event operations and Tech Host support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local, city, state, and federal agencies to ensure effective communication, coordination, and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and best practices.
