Job Summary

The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for leading and organizing the operations at the assigned concession stand, bar, and/or portable carts to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere. The stand lead manages inventory and product but does not handle point‑of‑sale transactions. The lead ensures timely delivery of food, follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, and manages setup and breakdown of service areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Understands menu offerings, packaging, presentation, and pricing.
• Assists with inventory and product management for the stand.
• Records inventory accurately and timely for events and monthly inventory.
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently.
• Displays and merchandises products appropriately during events.
• Maintains service areas with safety and sanitation practices.
• Controls inventory and equipment handling.
• Follows alcohol service policies.
• Communicates guest issues to supervisors or managers.
• Ensures point‑of‑sale system functions and resolves issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in retail, service, or hospitality. Effective communication with managers, guests, and teammates. Outgoing personality with professionalism for high‑profile guests. Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions with minimal guidance.
