Pay

Base pay range: $28.00/hr – $29.00/hr this range is provided by SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.

About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300‑acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman

E. Stanley Kroenke. The 70,000‑seat SoFi Stadium sits at its core, and the development will also feature up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district, 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25 acres of public parks and open space.

SoFi Stadium hosts world‑renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI, the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, Wrestle Mania 2023, the 2026 World Cup, and the 2028 Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Adjacent to the stadium under the same roof canopy is a 2.5‑acre open‑air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000‑seat You Tube Theater.

Landscape Supervisor – Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor workflow for efficiency and timeliness, setting priorities based on conditions, weather, and special events.
• Recommend materials, supplies, and equipment; assist with ordering within budget.
• Create and maintain an inventory system for all materials, supplies, and equipment, liaison with vendors as needed.
• Recruit, develop, and train department staff to comply with OSHA and Hollywood Park safety protocols.
• Perform cutting, trimming, edging, and blowing operations with power equipment.
• Prune shrubs and small trees, remove damaged branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds, apply mulch.
• Purge trash and debris.
• Conduct weeding by hand or with garden hoe/helicopter hoe.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prioritize aesthetic landscape design, ensuring healthy, flourishing biomes.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships throughout the organization.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Landscape Supervisor – Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred degree or certification in a landscape‑related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strength to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in kneeling positions for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb stairs and balance on prolonged steps.
• Stoop or bend for extended periods.
• Stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Reach overhead and in horizontal directions.
• Speak proficiently in English.

• Comfortable with working at heights.
• Noise level: high; vibrations: high.
