Performs diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment under general supervision. Verifies patient identification and physician order, providing procedural information prior to exams. Operates CT imaging equipment proficiently, ensuring quality control and assurance testing. Monitors patient safety during procedures and places IVs for contrast media injection as needed. Maintains documentation of patient history and ensures equipment and exam room are properly cleaned and stocked.

Education/Licenses NeededAssociate's Degree; graduate of JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program 1-3 years' relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level CRT-ARRT registration (preferred) CRT-CT (ARDMS, preferred) BLS (AHA or ARC, upon hire)
