Our Manufacturing Production Associates are an integral part of our business in that you are providing specialty prepared food for production and packing at the highest quality and safety. Function
- Food Manufacturing Production Associate
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule:
M-F (9am
-5pm) - Location:
Inkster, MI - Hourly Rate: $16.00 to $17.00, based on skill set and experience
- Physical activities requiring full body motion for standing, lifting, crouching, reaching, stretching, balancing, walking for 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Prepping of raw ingredients for food manufacturing in accordance with provided recipes
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
- Packing and weighing product
- Ability to follow specific recipes requiring math skills for measuring
- Following safety and OSHA requirements
- Warehouse environment
- Physically able to stand, walk, use full body motion for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
- Kitchen prep experience is a plus!
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong teamwork skills, desire to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Take direction well with a positive attitude
