VIP Casino Host Guest Relations

Build VIP guest relationships as a Casino Host with Great Canadian, using personalized service and networking to strengthen loyalty. Work in a regular casino environment with possible non-traditional hours.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Casino Host provides exceptional guest service while collaborating with Operations Management. You will promote player rewards cards, support VIP events, maintain Salesforce information, and follow company policies, gaming regulations, and safety requirements. The position also involves analyzing guest play with CRM tools and arranging personalized services.

• Network with VIP guests and develop lasting relationships
• Promote player rewards cards and Prive Program benefits
• Welcome guests at VIP events and provide special attention
• Record guest preferences and events in Salesforce daily
• Coordinate dining, entertainment, hotel, and special arrangements

• Minimum two years of guest or customer service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to safeguard confidential information
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
