In this role at BBD, you'll be integral to the client experience, managing transactions related to group benefits while striving for excellence in customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and leverage technology will ensure you meet and exceed client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions for full cycle group benefits
• Provide timely responses to clients within 48 hours
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of changes
• Contribute to the enhancement of service processes
• Support the use of BBD technology among clients
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with databases
• Capable of managing deadlines and multiple responsibilities
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
