As part of the BNCS team, you will focus on providing a best-in-class customer experience. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French and have at least two years of experience in call centers or customer service.
Your role will include troubleshooting, collaborating with teams, and managing multiple priorities to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide product and service support
• Troubleshoot technical issues impacting customers
• Collaborate for timely resolution of concerns
• Generate operational reports throughout the day
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
• Minimum 2 years in call center/customer service roles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
