At Beaufort Delta Divisional Council, we seek a passionate Program Support Teacher to develop engaging programs that celebrate diversity and foster equity. You will collaborate with educators and community members to create a competency-based curriculum rooted in Indigenous knowledge.

Your role is integral to shaping an inclusive learning environment for all students in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with educators and community leaders for curriculum development

• Ensure learning respects diverse Indigenous perspectives

• Support equity and inclusion strategies within the school

• Gather community feedback to enhance educational programs

• Develop land-based educational experiences for students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education

• Eligible for Northwest Territories teaching certificate

• Understanding of inclusive schooling practices

• Commitment to diversity and educational equity

• Experience with inquiry-based instructional techniques
