Position: Groundskeeping Role at Compass Communities

As a Groundskeeper reporting to the Community Manager, you'll manage maintenance tasks and address minor repairs while working closely with residents. The position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment that enhances the quality of life in our neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to address site issues

• Perform maintenance of common areas and vacant lots

• Execute general groundskeeping duties like mowing and trimming

• Handle salting, sanding, and snow removal as required

• Deliver notices and letters to residents accordingly

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience in groundskeeping

• Strong mechanical trade skills are a plus

• Capable of managing multiple tasks at once

• Available for on-call emergency situations

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
