Mastronardi Produce seeks a seasoned maintenance supervisor to lead facility maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive preventive programs. Ideal candidates will have five+ years in plant maintenance plus supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Ontario with flexibility for on-call duties.
