Position: Fly In/Fly Out Plant Operator
Become a key player at Gahcho Kué Mine as a Process Plant Operator in this Fly In/Fly Out contract role. Enjoy a structured 14-day on/off rotation while ensuring efficiency in plant operations.

This full-time position is integral to maximizing diamond recovery and ensuring operational excellence. You will manage heavy-duty equipment, monitor plant systems, and maintain safety and environmental standards.

Your role will involve continuous inspections and accurate data recording to support overall plant functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate conveyors, vibrating screens, and rock breakers

• Monitor equipment for operational reliability

• Record process data and manage maintenance logs

• Follow standard operating procedures for maintenance

• Assist with personnel transitions within the plant

Requirements:

• Proven experience with mobile equipment

• High commitment to safety, health, and the environment

• Preference for members of specific local First Nations

• Capability to work within a remote setting

• Willingness to adhere to the 14/14 rotation
