Elevate resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long Term Care. Focus on assessment and care planning while ensuring a supportive and independent living environment for residents.
This full-time Licensed Practical Nurse role requires a commitment to resident-centered care while adhering to the standards set by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta. You will actively participate in planning and evaluating care, promoting independence, and addressing the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluate care plans
• Implement effective care strategies for residents
• Foster resident independence and self-management
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications
Requirements:
• Valid registration with CLPNA in good standing
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
