As an Automotive Technician, you'll be a vital part of our team, using your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. We’re on the lookout for A-players who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to tackle challenges head-on.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, utilizing your expertise to provide solutions for our guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to address guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any issues.
• Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.
• Enjoy paid continuous training—up to 30 hours a year!

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
