Part Time Flex – Production Operator

SHIFT: 4-hour shifts, 15–30 hours per week, 4–12 hour blocks across production hours.

PAY: $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Flex Housekeeping Operator cleans, paints, and maintains facility cleanliness in a high-speed industrial manufacturing setting.

• Paint, green, and organize production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in high-speed industrial manufacturing setting.
• Sweep, clean, and scrape floors.
• Remove webbing, trash, debris, and build-up on equipment, walls, and other surfaces.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with team members in fast-paced environment.
• Perform miscellaneous assignments as required by management.

• Basic computer skills.

• Age 18 or older.
• Strong reading, writing, comprehension, verbal instructions, and basic math skills.
• Critical thinking using logic and reasoning.
• Safety focus ensuring physical safety of self and coworkers without exception.
• Time management: reliable, punctual, meet deadlines, adapt to changes with minimal supervision.
• Coordination: work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to important changes.
• Active learning: understand implications of new info for current and future problem solving.
• Active listening: give full attention, understand points, ask questions as appropriate.

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work across temperature zones, cold and/or hot environments extended periods, dust and chemicals present.
• Shift schedules including days, nights, weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime.
