Pay: $23.15 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour.

2nd Shift, flex hours. This part‑time role offers flexibility between 16‑29 hours per week depending on location.

We are looking for a key member of the Land O’Lakes warehousing team to coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack/load final products with a forklift, assist with cycle counts, and maintain warehouse organization.

• Comply with all safety processes and enforce safety practices for self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Process work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink‑wrapping, and staging for delivery.
• Multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectfulness.

• At least 1 year of warehousing work experience.
• Forklift experience.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, and climbing.
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that may be cold or hot for extended periods, possibly involving dust or chemicals.
• Required shift may include weekends, holidays, and periodic overtime.
