Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Level 2

Actual Salary: £19,220.86 to £19,972.25 (Grade F, SCP 7 to
8)
Hours of Work: 32 hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday)
Contract Type: Temporary (to 31st August 2026) in the first instance.

Interviews: w/c Monday 15th December 2025
About the RoleWe seek to appoint an outstanding member of staff who can provide support to an individual pupil in Reception who requires 1:1 support. The post holder will be a flexible team member with excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills with a calm, approachable manner and a passion to motivate pupils to succeed. They will be willing to undertake any additional CPD needed to support the pupil.
