Finance Assistant - Invergordon, UK (Temporary, 4 Days per Week) - 12 week contract

A well-established organisation in Invergordon is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused finance professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and wants to contribute to accurate day-to-day financial processing and reporting.

• Support the Accounts Payable Advisor in maintaining the Group's purchase ledger.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Advisor in maintaining the Group's sales ledger.
• Assist the Management Accountant in maintaining the accuracy of the Group's finance systems.
• Support the Management Accountant in delivering comprehensive internal and external reporting.

• Basic bookkeeping or a similar qualification.
• Proven experience processing purchase ledger invoices with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience generating and monitoring sales ledger invoices.
• Strong accountancy experience, including processing information with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of payment systems, including cheques, BACS, and Bankline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to reconcile financial records.
• Precise and quick keyboarding skills to support efficient data entry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating across functions to meet deadlines.
