Cleaning Supervisor – Port Office, Shore Road, Invergordon

Location: Port Office, Shore Road, Invergordon, IV18 0HD

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Hours: 12.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Shift Times: 5:00pm – 7:30pm

Requirements: Own transport and Basic DBS check essential

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Part‑Time Cleaning Supervisor working at the Port Office, Shore Road, Invergordon (IV18 0HD
). We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on site while maintaining their own designated cleaning area. This position is ideal for someone with previous supervisory cleaning experience who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and support the development of cleaning staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and well‑presented while supporting the day‑to‑day management of cleaning activities.

• Supervise and support the on‑site cleaning team.
• Conduct regular area inspections and quality audits.
• Deliver induction training and ongoing support for new starters.
• Manage and maintain cleaning supply stock levels.
• Complete cleaning stores and equipment orders when required.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with management regarding site requirements and standards.
• Maintain allocated cleaning areas, including:
  • Offices
  • Kitchens
  • Toilets and washroom facilities
  • Communal and welfare areas

• Dusting and wiping surfaces.
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Cleaning internal glass, doors, and touchpoints.
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, toilets, and washroom facilities.
• Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene standards throughout the site.

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience is essential.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and audits.
• Experience training and mentoring cleaning staff.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Full driving licence and own transport essential.
• Basic DBS check required.
