You’ll be joining a close-knit team at the centre of a fast-moving, high-growth organisation. As the business continues to evolve, the role may develop accordingly, with opportunities to shape and improve how we work and to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Success in this role will rely on your ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a key member of the wider supply chain team, gaining an understanding of their processes so you can provide support and cover when required.

Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Production planning — Planning and scheduling factory production to ensure efficient throughput.
  • EU export ownership — Managing the full export process for our EU operations, ensuring compliance and timely dispatch.
  • Retail process setup — Supporting the creation and implementation of processes for new retail customers.
  • Finished goods management — Maintaining finished goods stock at target levels and ensuring availability for distribution.
  • Raw material ordering — Ordering raw materials and managing supplier forecasts to maintain continuity of supply.
  • Stock movement tracking — Monitoring stock movement across the business and investigating discrepancies promptly.
  • Operational support — Supporting the supply chain team with ad-hoc tasks such as stock counts, goods‑in activities, and general operational duties.
  • Stakeholder collaboration — Building strong, collaborative relationships with production, finance, and distribution teams.
  • Project contribution — Contributing to team‑led projects across the supply chain function.
  • Process development — Playing an active role in shaping and developing new processes as the organisation grows.

Desired

Experience:

  • Advanced Excel capability — confident using functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, and Pivot Tables.
  • FMCG planning experience — previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset — proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
  • High attention to detail — able to maintain accuracy across multiple data sources and tasks.
  • Autonomous working style — comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for key activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure — able to remain focused and organised in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills — able to analyse issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Effective communication — confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Recruitment Process:

We hire for culture and potential, not just experience. We want people who can grow, adapt, and thrive alongside us.

The interview process includes two stages:

  • Stage 1:
Introductions — an opportunity for us to get to know you, how you like to work, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
  • Stage 2:
Planning capability — understanding your technical skills.

Working Pattern:

The role is based on‑site at our Inverkeithing facility. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, with some flexibility available for the right candidate. A degree of flexibility is also expected when required, for example during stock counts or other operational activities.

Your additional package features:

  • Life assurance, 3x annual salary.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
  • Company sick pay.
  • Free on‑site parking.
