Teacher on Call - Golden Zone

Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 is now accepting applications for the following position:

Effective September 8, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

• Hold or be eligible for a BC Teaching Certificate
• Have a university teaching major or equivalent directly related to the teaching position, plus additional qualification as appropriate for specialist positions
• Have successful teaching experience at the appropriate school level and teaching subject area(s)
• Have commitment to and capacity for collaboration to meet the needs of all students
• Have a strong repertoire of assessment and instructional practices and approaches to meet diverse learning needs
• Have demonstrated effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have knowledge of and willingness to work with current technology
• Have commitment and capacity to collaborate with district staff to promote positive mental health and social and emotional wellbeing
