Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on patient care.
- Follow organizational policies and competency guidelines.
- Perform nursing care based on client populations.
- Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program.
- Current licensure with BCCNM.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Adaptable to work rotating shifts.
- Experience in patient care settings.
