Position: Golden Zone Casual Bus Driver Opportunity
Drive with care as a Casual School Bus Driver for Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 in the Golden Zone. This role focuses on student transportation and maintaining safety standards.

As a Casual School Bus Driver, your primary responsibility is the safe transit of students within the district’s established routes. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to promote a positive environment on the bus while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. The role also involves performing essential bus maintenance checks and maintaining communication with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate buses following established safety protocols

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Enforce cleanliness standards of the school bus

• Guide students on proper safety conduct

• Report any incidents or hazards on the road

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• 5 years of verifiable driving experience

• Valid Class 2 Driver's license for BC

• Knowledge of safety codes and standards

• First Aid certification is advantageous
