Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

• Work in a dynamic and busy cardiac catheterization lab with 2 cath lab rooms, 10 pre & post beds, and 6 holding beds
• 10-hour day shifts with call responsibilities required
• Must be flexible and able to take call
• Patient ratios: 1:1 in the lab, 2:1 in holding, 4:1 in pre/post areas
• Work with advanced equipment including GE imaging equipment, Volcano, Rotoblator, Angiojet, IABP, Impella, Penumbra, and Inari
• Utilize Cerner EMR and Merge hemodynamic system
• Assist with heart catheterizations and interventions, peripheral catheterizations and interventions, TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman procedures
• Support pacemaker and ICD implants, EP studies and ablations, PFO & ASD closures, and carotid stents
• Previous cardiac catheterization lab experience required
• Structural Heart and EP experience preferred
• Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs for Clinical Support staff
• Park by the old red schoolhouse building or in the parking lot behind the Medical office building across the street
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Work in a very advanced cardiac program with residents and cardiac fellows
