As a Physical Therapist, you will provide and direct physical therapy services to our residents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Physical Therapy services and initiating referrals as needed.
- Conducting regular screenings to assess the need for intervention/treatment.
- Evaluating residents to gather data for effective treatment planning.
- Implementing treatment plans and conducting specialized evaluations as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality standards and following management direction.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
- Current state licensure or license eligibility.
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
