Clinical Research Coordinator (Registered Nurse)

Join Flourish Research, a leader in clinical trials, as a Clinical Research Coordinator (Registered Nurse) at our Irvine research site. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to impactful research.

Location: 411 West Highland Boulevard, Inverness, FL 34452

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (occasional weekends)

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience

• Maintain familiarity with FDA regulations for clinical research
• Administratively and clinically manage approximately six to ten clinical trials
• Adhere to company SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, and study protocols
• Ensure scientific data integrity and protect the rights, safety, and well‑being of patients
• Obtain and verify informed consent documentation
• Screen potential participants for inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Schedule and conduct study visits per protocol, including:
  • Dispensing study medication responsibly
  • Collecting, processing, and shipping blood/urine specimens
  • Performing ECGs and obtaining vital signs
  • Administering questionnaires and diaries
• Complete source documentation and maintain timely case report forms
• Promptly report adverse events to sponsor and IRB
• Assess participants’ condition and report significant variations to the Principal Investigator
• Submit reimbursement requests to the financial team for patient participation
• File and maintain all regulatory documents
• Schedule and prepare for monitoring visits
• Maintain communication with Principal Investigator, co‑investigators, assistants, sponsors, and IRB
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  Associate’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Florida
• Two years’ experience in a related healthcare position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail
• A strong sense of integrity and accountability
• Ability to function effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with study patients, physicians, investigators, and clinic staff
• Accurate, complete, legible, and timely use of communication methods
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training required
• Recommended to pursue Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification after two years of experience
