Training Administrator
Part Time - £14.14ph

We are looking for a reliable and well‑organised training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part‑time basis to support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy training business.
This is a part‑time permanent role, working a minimum 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays etc as needed.
Job details (Jobs may vary)- Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
- Organising training calendar & client bookings.
- Process online bookings.
- Liaise and co‑ordinate dates and courses with training instructors.
- Organising course materials in advance.
- Inputting course data for certificate generation.
- Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
- Debt management & invoicing.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office and web‑based programs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage myself efficiently.
- Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision‑making.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Administration experience.
