This is a Modern Apprenticeship role for age 16 – 24 years or 16 – 29 years for disabled or care experienced applicants.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for digital tools, organisation, and improving how services are delivered. You’ll be hands‑on with exciting projects, gain experience in business admin, digital systems, and project management—and learn while you get paid.

The Modern Apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to work in the Strategy and Transformation Team at NHS Highland. The team focuses on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes across the region and the role is to assist in the provision of a range of administrative duties.
