What you’ll be doing

You won’t just “do admin” — you’ll coordinate the service journey.

  • Booking and managing workshop jobs from start to completion
  • Updating customers and handling enquiries
  • Supporting technicians with scheduling and workflow
  • Processing warranty claims and documentation
  • Managing service records, invoices and purchase orders
  • Handling calls and emails professionally
  • Coordinating third-party repairs
  • Keeping data accurate and organised
  • Supporting reporting and improving processes
