A leading service provider in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in high-value contracts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans, build and maintain client relationships, and lead the tendering process. Candidates should have a strong background in business development within hard services or facilities management, excellent communication skills, and experience managing sales cycles.
A degree in a relevant field is desirable, and proficiency in CRM systems is a must.
