Our Senior Operator is responsible for supervising operations during one of the morning or afternoon shifts, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality service, maintains efficiency, and meets business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all activities during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor staff attendance, breaks, and task completion
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Provide ongoing coaching to staff
  • Communicate effectively with upper management and other teams about shift performance and elevate issues appropriately
