About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day‑to‑day, and help hit performance goals while ensuring the team exceeds expectations. Own the operations, the atmosphere, and the guest experience, keeping everything running smoothly and making guests and staff feel right at home.

• Lead and support the team, driving performance and keeping the vibe alive.
• Build a strong team by training, coaching, and motivating crew members to not only meet but exceed standards.
• Own your KPIs, support the team, and ensure every shift delivers the expected outcomes.
• Manage administrative tasks – from rostering to stock control – ensuring behind‑the‑scenes work is solid.
• Turn first‑time guests into regulars by providing memorable moments that keep them coming back.

• Previous experience managing teams, leading by example and bringing out the best in others.
• Strong people‑skills: ability to build teams, handle difficult conversations, and ensure everyone feels valued.
• Capability to maintain smooth, efficient, clean, and compliant operations even when busy.

• Pay rate: £32,000 - £35,000
