This role involves leading the commercial function, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and ensuring robust commercial controls across Housing Association contracts. The position offers a salary of £85,000 with an additional car allowance of £8,500, and flexible working arrangements with required attendance at the Cardiff head office.
