Falmouth Fairfax is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for their London office to oversee CAPEX refurbishments and professional surveying work within a multi-billion-pound residential portfolio. This hybrid role allows flexibility, with only one day in the office required each week.
The successful candidate will manage projects focused on refurbishment of residential block common parts, requiring MRICS qualification, and experience in project management, defect diagnosis, and relevant building regulations. This position allows for support and mentoring of APC candidates and offers growth into management.
