Job Details
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment, or Assistant QS ready to take the next step
- Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Helping drive commercial success across live and completed projects
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment, or an Assistant QS ready to take that next step
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident communicator, with a proactive mindset
- Great team player who creates positive working relationships
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
- A role based in our Inverness Office, covering projects across the Highlands and beyond
