In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of road surfacing and highway maintenance projects, working as part of a skilled crew to lay and finish asphalt safely and efficiently. This role involves working outdoors, travelling to sites, and operating as part of a team to ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Night shift working is required.

• Assist with the laying, raking, levelling, and finishing of asphalt materials
• Support the operation of surfacing plant, tools, and equipment
• Carry out site preparation and general labouring duties before, during, and after surfacing works
