Construction Manager

As part of a major investment in renewable infrastructure, our client is expanding its site leadership team to support the full lifecycle delivery of a complex, high-value project in the Scottish Highlands. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of day-to-day construction operations, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will sit at the heart of project delivery, bridging strategy and execution, working closely with the Project Director and wider leadership team to turn plans into reality on site.

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure alignment with programme and objectives
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with HSEQ standards
• Oversee the coordination of construction activities across multiple work fronts
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with planning, commercial, and design teams to ensure integrated project delivery
• Identify and manage construction risks, implementing mitigation strategies
