Position Overview:We are looking for two reliable and motivated Surfacing Operatives to join our surfacing team based in Inverness. In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of road surfacing and highway maintenance projects across the Inverness area and surrounding locations, working as part of a skilled crew to lay and finish asphalt safely and efficiently.
This is a site-based role that involves working outdoors, travelling to various project locations, and operating as part of a team to ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Night shift working is a requirement of this position.
