Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Surfacing Foreperson to lead our surfacing team in Inverness. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising road surfacing and highway maintenance projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate and lead surfacing crews, oversee the safe operation of plant and equipment, and work closely with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with company procedures. This role involves working outdoors, travelling to sites, and requires flexibility to work night shifts where required.
