Role:
Civils Site Manager – Data Centre
Location:
Inverness, Scotland
Opportunities:
Permanent & Contract
We are working with an established construction specialist with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple data centre projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
- Coordinate civils, groundworks and construction activities.
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Coordinate works around electrical infrastructure and MEP interfaces.
- Maintain site records, RAMS and quality documentation.
- Drive productivity, quality and safe working practices.
- Proven Site Management experience within a data centre construction environment.
- Essential:
Strong civils / civil engineering background within data centres. - Good understanding of electrical infrastructure, power distribution and MEP interfaces.
- SMSTS certification and a relevant CSCS card.
- First Aid qualification desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
