We are delighted to be working with an award-winning house building company to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded house builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes and creating desirable communities.
As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring that homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standards of quality.
The Role- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with build programmes and specifications.
- Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site.
- Monitor build quality and ensure NHBC standards and company expectations are consistently achieved.
- Manage site costs, resources and programme deadlines.
- Carry out regular inspections and ensure any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the build process.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential house building sector.
- A strong understanding of traditional build methods and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A track record of delivering high-quality residential developments safely and efficiently.
- SMSTS, First Aid and relevant health and safety qualifications.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
