Earn as you learn, combining college study for a SCQF Level 5 in Customer Service with industry experience at the largest independent construction materials group in the UK.

- Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon’s products and can recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross selling where appropriate
- Actively manage customer enquiries to conclusion, driving conversion, understanding the reasons behind lost quotes
- Manage customer credit limits, proactively anticipating and communicating to enable smooth flow
- Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
- Build good relationships with customers over the phone
- Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets.
- National 5 Maths and English, Grades A – C
