Capgemini, Inverness or Nairn, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor via Manpower. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience.
Salary is GBP 13.45 per hour; shift pattern is 4 days on / 4 days off, 7:00am to 6:00pm. You’ll respond to requests by phone, email and web chat, log calls, resolve issues or advise, and escalate when needed.
