Capgemini is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 4 on/4 off nights pattern (18:00-07:00) in Inverness. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience.
Responsibilities include responding to requests by phone, email and web chat, logging calls, guiding customers and updating progress, with training provided to help you succeed. This role offers a steppingstone into a career in technology.
