Highland Broadband is seeking a friendly, proactive customer service professional to join our team in Scotland. You will guide customers from their first questions to setting up full fibre installations and ongoing support.
You’ll handle queries via phone, email and web chat, coordinating with Finance and Field Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding journey and a positive customer experience. Some early evenings and occasional Saturdays are required.
