This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Aberdeenshire. The practice offers a substantial and established patient list of approximately 3000 patients, generating gross fees in the region of £180,000 to £200,000, providing an excellent foundation for a successful and rewarding position.

The practice has an excellent reputation locally and benefits from a stable and experienced team, with very low staff turnover and a supportive working environment. Opportunities within the practice arise infrequently, reflecting the positive culture and long-term retention of both clinical and support staff.

The successful candidate will inherit a well-maintained and loyal patient base with a varied demographic, including a strong core of regular attending patients. The practice provides a mix of NHS and private dentistry, offering good opportunities for both clinical variety and private income development.

The principal dentist is an experienced trainer and mentor, creating an excellent environment for professional development. The role would suit a dentist with at least two years of post-graduate experience, although candidates requiring visa sponsorship or VTE support are encouraged to apply and will be fully considered.
