Progression Coordinator – Highlands, Inner Moray Firth
We are looking for a dedicated Progression Coordinator to join Street League’s launch team in North Scotland. This role is part of our commitment to support young people in developing the skills and pathways that enable them to secure employment, education or training opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Secure and share local employment, education and training opportunities for Street League participants.
- Deliver the Street League Academy, delivering group employability and personal development workshops and qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral agencies, employers and colleges to secure suitable opportunities for participants.
- Monitor and report on programme delivery and outcomes.
Work Pattern – 36.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Location – Highlands – Inner Moray Firth (office base in Inverness)
Contract – Fixed-Term until March 2027
