John Chilton School is a successful school for pupils who have complex physical, medical and learning difficulties. We are innovative in our approach to educate pupils with a range of cognitive, physical and medical needs (4 to 19 years) in a unique environment. The school has two sites, the post holder will be expected to work on either site.
ResponsibilitiesThe job includes supervising pupils at all times during lunchtime taking into account individual special education needs, preparing the dining room, engaging with the pupils in physical activities where appropriate and assisting pupils with their personal care; you must be sufficiently physically fit to be able to do this.

- Will be able to work with minimum supervision within well-defined guidelines.
