Graduate Teaching Pathway – Oxbridge & Russell Group Graduates | Secondary School Partner | Richmond Borough

Location: Richmond Borough, South West London
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term to Permanent
Salary: £595–£650 per week (dependent on experience)

Graduate Teaching Pathway

  • Working closely with experienced teachers and department leaders
  • Helping to raise attainment and student confidence

  • Gaining exposure to lesson planning and assessment
  • Receiving ongoing mentoring and professional guidance
  • Building valuable experience before progressing into teacher training

  • Contributing to enrichment activities and wider school life
