While your primary focus will be Beatrice, you'll also have opportunities to support other offshore wind assets across SSE Renewables' growing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical planning, stakeholder management and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment where every decision helps keep vital renewable energy infrastructure performing at its best.

- Support the development of production plans, resource forecasts and budget tracking, helping ensure operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently and within approved budgets.
- Administer and continuously improve the maintenance management system (IBM Maximo), maintaining high-quality data and ensuring compliance with work control processes, safety requirements and operational procedures.

- Strong working knowledge of maintenance management systems, ideally IBM Maximo, and an appreciation of the value of accurate asset and work management data.
- Understanding of controlled operational environments, safe systems of work and maintenance planning processes, ideally within energy, utilities, manufacturing, offshore or other safety-critical industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with experience of planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 considered advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
